We co-press our Yamalak Sarisi olives with Taskopru garlic from Kastamonu, Türkiye, a variety so exceptional it holds Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status and is recognized by TasteAtlas as one of the top three garlic varieties in the world. The cloves are plumper, more aromatic, and smoother than standard garlic, with a savory depth that chefs across Türkiye prize. By co-pressing the garlic and olives together using the Agrumato method, we capture the garlic's complete profile: the mellow sweetness, the umami depth, the subtle nuttiness.
