Our Early Harvest Premium Memecik Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced using Memecik type olives grown with good agriculture in a single estate in the Aegean Region of Turkey. Shortly after harvest, a cold-pressed method using MoriTem technology, which preserves its nutritional values at the maximum level, is left to rest overnight and then filtered.
Our Premium Memecik EVOO has a fantastic emerald green color unique to the variety, offering a robust flavor with a pungent and exquisite taste. It is rich with roquette, green and red apple, green tea, black pepper and coriander notes.
