About this recipe:
Tomato & Walnut Salad is a healthy and refreshing side dish that goes perfectly with your favorite summer grilled meats.

1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
3 tomatoes, finely chopped
1 Italian green pepper, finely chopped
1 onion, diced
1 bunch of scallions, finely chopped
1/4 bunch parsley, minced
2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
3 tablespoons Gaia Oliva EVOO
1 teaspoon sumac
salt to taste


For the Salad:

Place walnuts, tomato, pepper, onion, scallions and parsley in a large serving bowl and toss to combine.
Add sumac and salt to taste. Drizzle our Premium Ayvalik EVOO and pomegranate molasses over the salad and stir everything together and serve immediately.

Tip: If desired, garnish with smashed walnuts over the top. If pomegranate molasses not available, balsamic vinegar will taste fine.
