If you've never tried roasting garlic before, now it is time to try. Roasting garlic is super simple and easy. You’ll be enjoying the flavor of garlic to make it all the time.
If you've never tried roasting garlic before, now it is time to try. Roasting garlic is super simple and easy. You’ll be enjoying the flavor of garlic to make it all the time.
INGREDIENTS
• 1 head of garlic
• 2 tablespoons Gaia Oliva EVOO
• salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
• Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
• Line a baking sheet. Peel and discard the papery outer layers of the whole garlic bulb.
• Take the head of garlic and separate into cloves, but leave the skin on.
• Drizzle cloves with our delicious extra virgin olive oil and season with salt to taste.
• Wrap the garlic in aluminum foil and roast in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes until slightly golden brown and tender.
• Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes. Then peel off skin and use immediately in sauces, in pastas, dressings, as a spread on pizzas and more!
