Mediterranean style feta cheese with olive oil is very easy and quick to make for your next party or gathering.


1/2 pound feta cheese
3 tablespoons Gaia Oliva extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes


Cut the feta into ½-inch cubes and place feta on a serving platter. Drizzle Early Harvest Memecik EVOO over the top. Sprinkle the red pepper flakes on the feta.

Tip: If desired, you can use fresh or dried herbs to flavor the feta cheese.
Best served with whole grain bread, olives and wine!
