INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 pound feta cheese
• 3 tablespoons Gaia Oliva extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 1/2 pound feta cheese
• 3 tablespoons Gaia Oliva extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
DIRECTIONS
Cut the feta into 1/2-inch cubes and place feta on a serving platter. Drizzle Early Harvest Memecik EVOO over the top. Sprinkle the red pepper flakes on the feta.
Tip
If desired, you can use fresh or dried herbs to flavor the feta cheese. Best served with whole grain bread, olives and wine!
